This beautiful coastal coastal raid will reveal the most beautiful beaches in northern Madagascar.
A short distance south of Nosy Be, after having skirted the island of Nosy Komba, stands the beautifully wild Ampasindava peninsula. Our paddle and sail navigation allows you to discover these pristine coasts, for a rare experience to discover an amazing fauna and flora, punctuated by bivouacs on beaches, walks and swimming. Kisimany, a small village lost behind a creek where we expect to see a pirate galleon appear. Kisimany traded in shark oil with Zanzibar, the village chief, Moussa, is the last descendant.
The Bay of Russians, a wonderful lagoon where a Russian battalion patiently awaited the end of the war when it had already been over for several years!
Nosy Iranja and its sea turtles that come to lay their eggs on the beach! Robinsonnade, fishing, snorkeling… and pristine nature! Paradise on Earth !
The assistance boat carries food and luggage, also making it possible to compensate for a breakdown in the wind or fatigue, in order to maintain the pleasure of discovering and observing. A real “expedition” to discover a generous nature, punctuated by meetings with the Malagasy people.

DAY 1
Nosy Be
- Reception airport or port, transfer to the north coast, village of Ambatozavavy. Dinner and overnight at the Lokobe hotel school hotel.
- Night in bungalows (“comfort” category DBL or TWN with bathroom and wc).
- Meals: lunch / dinner
- Road transfer distance: 15 km – duration: +/- 1 hour

DAY 2
Nosy Be – Nosy Komba
- Breakfast on site. Dinner in the village and overnight in a guest house.
- Night in rooms and bungalows (“simple” DBL or TWN category with bathroom and wc)
- Meals: lunch / dinner

DAY 3
Nosy Komba – Ankify – Ampasindava bay
- Breakfast on site. Early in the morning, you set off on a paddle to make a U-turn around the island of Nosy Komba and cross the strait towards the point of Ankify. We cross paths with many Latin sailing canoes which carry all the goods necessary to supply the islanders. Dinner around the campfire and overnight in the tent.

DAY 4
Ampasindava bay – Nosy Mamoko – Ambolodozy
- “Camping” breakfast. Boarding in the kayaks and crossing to the island of Mamôko, likely meeting with Queen Maharavo, Marie-Thérèse, who will proudly speak to you about her subjects and their activities. Discovery of some species of lemurs including the Macacos, and giant tortoises. Last crossing to reach the village of Ambolobozy

DAY 5
Ambolodozy – Mahavanona – Russian Bay

Russian Bay – Anjiabe
- Breakfast on site.

DAY 7
Anjiabe – Sorony – Nosy Iranja
- “Camping” breakfast. The route begins along the coast to reach Sorony Beach bordered by casuarina trees. This is the place chosen for a crossing to Nosy Iranja. Lunch on Nosy Iranja. Afternoon stroll to the lighthouse which will give us a magnificent view of the white sandbank that separates Nosy Iranja and Nosy Taninkely.

DAY 8
Nosy Iranja
- Breakfast. On the program of the day, swimming and snorkeling in a turquoise blue sea. Return by kayak to Sorony beach. Dinner and overnight at the Sorony ecolodge.
- Night in bungalows (“single” DBL or TWN category with bathroom and wc)
- Meals: picnic / dinner

DAY 9
Nosy Iranja – Nosy Be
- Breakfast on site. At the end of the morning, transfer back to Nosy Be via the small island of Taninkely, stroll to the lighthouse and snorkeling in the marine park. Picnic lunch. Return to Nosy Be at the end of the day. End of our services.
