22 km west of the capital, on the RN 1 that we leave near the Lemurspark, stands the property that houses our headquarters and offices, as well as the guest house that welcomes you. Here is total calm and the certainty of living in the country atmosphere of the ancestral Imerina. The view embraces the horizon of rice fields and hills, and the sunset floods the terrace with its gleams in shades of yellow, orange and red before joining the blue and purple of the night which advances and then imposes the starry vault that we admire here better than in town. The place allows you to visit the Lemurspark, the city of Imeritsiatosky for its Wednesday market and for its workshops of manufacture of small cars in salvaged aluminum, to discover the sacred hill of Antongona and to walk to discover the villages and populations. This place offers calm, tranquility and ensures travelers to live the best of life in Tana, or almost.

THE COTTAGE
The one-storey building “is a replica of the” Creole villas “on the east coast of the island, surrounded by a comfortable” veranda “, it has a large living room, dining room and kitchen, with 4 DBL rooms.
Each bedroom has a large four-poster bed fitted with mosquito nets, impeccable bedding (sheets and quilts) and a private bathroom and WC, with a “walk-in” shower.
We live in complete autonomy: solar power plant and drilling with solar water heater, without fear of failure or any load shedding.
Dining room with 10 place settings and neat kitchen (starter, main course, dessert). The vegetable garden provides part of the menu.
“Varangue” terrace in front of the landscape, swimming pool and above all the garden-labyrinth which offers a trip with the flora of Madagascar. Collection of orchids.
An annex in the “Trano-be” offers 2 additional bedrooms of equivalent comfort.
